Emojis have come a long way. From just ending a sentence to actually forming one, emojis have changed the way we show emotions in the virtual world.
I used to be ‘in the know’ when it came to the latest emojis. But recently I have fallen behind. Now, I depend on my teenage sister to fill me in on the latest trends.
I haven’t upgraded my emoji list. I have a few classic emojis that I use and will continue to use in the years to come. So, here are my favourite emojis:
😬 – Awkward grinning or could be happy
😂 – I find something very funny
😛 – When I type something funny
😎 – Coolness, totally love what I’ve typed
😑 – Fed up, done with everything
🙄 – Ugh
❤ – the red heart because it expands and beats on WhatsApp
